The mission of the "Caring, Bearing, Sharing" (CBS) is to ensure the holistic well-being of the elderly in our community through the provision of nutritious food, toiletries and meaningful intergenerational connections. Our ministry is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of the elderly population, promoting compassion, and fostering a sense of unity between different generations.
On the 4th Tuesday of each month, in collaboration with both Adults and Youth, we come together to deliver essential meals and toiletries to the elderly members of our community. Our objective is to not only alleviate their nutritional needs but also to create an atmosphere of care, empathy, and companionship. Through these regular interactions, we aim to bridge the generation gap, share stories, wisdom, and experiences, and ultimately build strong bonds that enrich the lives of both the elderly and the younger generation.
Guided by the values of respect, kindness, and social responsibility, the "Caring, Bearing, Sharing" Ministry strives to create a nurturing environment where every individual feels valued and cherished, regardless of age. By fostering a culture of giving and community engagement, we aspire to make a positive impact on the lives of the elderly, promote a sense of purpose among our youth, and strengthen the interconnectedness of our society as a whole. Our goal is to provide three (3) boxes each month to a person in need. Please contact us for further information.
